3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• You authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
• If a trial is offered, trial availability and terms may change and are presented at checkout.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply on your next billing cycle where permitted.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are handled according to the policy presented at purchase/checkout. Unless required by law, we do not guarantee refunds for subscription payments.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid content or signals.
• Use the Service for unlawful activity or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, including scraping or automated abuse.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with Signal Drop.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (including text, branding, and materials) are owned by Signal Drop or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Service for personal use.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third parties (e.g., Stripe, Telegram). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
